The Bengang NaFen strip mine is one of the biggest black metallurgy mine and one of the mainly production base in china with several decades years history. The mine is the highest monomer mine in our country with Stripped volume amount as 2.823 million tonnes and exploitation amount as 7978 thousand tonnes annual. But with the fast development of the mining industry in our country, the traditional geology survey method, mining technology and the manual handling already could not solve the technical and managing problems because of the expansion of mining area scale and the promotion of productive efficiency. Speeding up the digitization and the information construction already become the development goal for many mine enterprises.This article chooses the software Surpac development by Australia Surpac Minex Group as Bengang NaFen strip mine's 3d modeling mine construction platform and employ the digital 3d mine model. Based on the scope of ore bodies delineated by the exploration and mining of transverse section line and the various geological boundary, created the surface model and the Solid model of the ore bodies. Through collecting and inputting Drilling data within the mining area, the Bengang NaFen strip mine's geological database was build. The Article also created ore block model, and according to the inverse distance power method to establish the model of TFe ore grade and achieved a three-dimensional visualization of ore body. In Applications, using finite element analysis software ANSYS exploit finite element strength reduction, for the complexity of the slope, carried out slope stability studies, and identify multi-slip surface of landslide and to provide reference for Mine landslide control.The theories and methods in the establishment of large-scale mining 3d geological model, unique perspectives, the design is novel, and strong applicability and pertinence. The evaluation indicates that the digital technology in environmental assessment of mining is efficient and reasonable. It also gives the digitized proceeding of mining enterprises great impetus and has important theoretical and practical significance.
