Design And Implementation Of Jinzhou Development Zone Branch Of The Agricultural Bank Of China Office Automation Management System

Office automation system is based on computer science, information science,geospatial science, management science, behavioral science, and networkcommunication technology of modern science and technology for human-computerinformation system for the purpose of comprehensive support to enhance the level ofintegrated business management and decision support. Computer technology,communication technology, information technology and soft science and advancedtechnology and equipment used in various categories of office personnel office activities,in order to achieve paperless office and office activities, scientific, automation, tomaximize the quality of work, work efficiency and improve the working environment.The system developed in the administrative office of the Agricultural DevelopmentBank of China, Jinzhou Development Zone Branch actual basis of the bank based onmy administrative experience in office management and computer softwaredevelopment techniques and related principles learned in the university, using Java EEtechnology to design and implement a office automation management system. Completethe implementation of the core function, including a system of e-mail management, thepersonal office management, information exchange management, administration, andsystem management core functions.The system is encoded using the JSP dynamic Web technology, the JDBCtechnology related to the operation of the database, SQL Server database managementsystem for data storage and maintenance. The development of the system uses thestandard process of software development including user needs analysis; overall design,database design, and system functions implementation. Final system test results showthat: the system developed in this thesis has met client requirements, meeting theexpected development goals.
