The original group customers 400 business management model has been unable to meet the current needs of Jining mobile company with the rapid growth of Jining mobile company. There are many defects in group customer 400 business management such as low sharing degree, data standardization issues, low data efficiency and failing to maintain routing, number group, incoming data, which affects the work efficiency of Jining mobile company. The existing group 400 customer service management system has a simple function that inbound, outbound and SMS are taken into account, instead of Group sub-customer maintenance nor designing route and destination number. Our company hopes to Jining Group Mobile customers 400 business management by information management systems.Jining Mobile company group 400 customer service management system uses B / S architecture, the MVC design pattern, Tomcat system server, business process control of Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework, jsp interface and sql server 2012 database. Struts, Web Work, Mapping are used to control the system control layer. Hibernate, DAO, BO and Spring are chosen to package the data of Model. View is divided into data module, view model and jsp.This system realizes basic functional modules. SMS function module, business statistics module, user management module. Basic functional module covers setting of the destination number, routing management and setting of feature. SMS function module covers inbox, texting, drafts, regular text messages, sent messages, daily text messages, SMS safe box and contacts. Business statistics module covers incoming statistics, outbound statistics. SMS statistics. User management module covers sub-user management and personal information management.Implementation of Jining Group Mobile customers 400 business management by information management systems can handle a large number of text messages, incoming calls, outgoing calls, guaranteeing a large amount of statistical information as well as ensuring the efficiency. It facilitates company’s customer service and marketing campaigns.
