In the existing IT asset management of Jining mobile, manual management occupied a major percentage. With the expansion of Jining moving company, the management of IT assets is of particular importance. However, relying solely on traditional manual management is far from meeting the needs of the increasing number of assets, and may even attract adversely affection on the normal business. Therefore, Jining mobile company proposes building an IT asset service management system in order to improve work efficiency and digitally manage the IT assets.Jining Mobile IT assets service management system is based on the J2EE platform,and it uses JAVA language and struts2 framework to complete the design. SQL SERVER 2012 database is chosen as the backend data support, and finally, the B/S based Jining Mobile IT assets service management system is realized in tomcat server.Systems management, business processes, work platforms and report management are clearly understood in the system. System management is the core starting point of the system which is responsible for system roles, rights assignment and maintenance of basic data system. In terms of system management business, administrator users perform as administrative staff, and managing questionnaires, IT asset management, knowledge management and maintenance of elementary data are included in this part. Its main operations cover adding, modifying and deleting. Business processing is the core logic of the present system. Customers report faults in service processing module, and then sending the message to the service desk. Depending on the fault reporting information, service personnel add service orders and assign them to service engineers to finish these tasks. Service processing module covers procurement, scraping, repairing, inspection and replacement of devices. Depending on the different roles of customers, work platform is divided into clients work platform, service personnel work platform, service engineers working platform, operation and maintenance managers and administrators work platform work platform Report management provides visual rendering for operation and maintenance manager which include comprehensive reports and 3D reports.Design and implementation of Jining Mobile IT assets service management system makes it possible for Jining mobile to change handmade module to informatization, intelligentize, digitization module as well as to inject new vitality into management work. Overall standardized management of IT assets is realized by standardized business processing function which not only improves work efficiency but also avoids flaws occured in manual operation. Humanized report management provides various data analysis channels for the system which supports the management of decision-making well.
