| With the development of computer technology,computer information management shows a tendency to flourish.The level of information management directly impacts the enhancement of work efficiency and development in the future.Most of the enterprises and companies have achieved internal information management,but there are many limitations in the information management of the colleges and universities,manual management mode is still used in most of the areas.The system is designed to meet the needs of modern computer technology to the development of colleges and universities, enables teachers to deliver the topic of graduation project online and query the list of graduates,network issues such as attendance,enables students to query the topic and the time of graduation project online.It is a practical system.This thesis mainly introduces the design process of graduation project management system by using Eclipse 3.2,MyEclipse 5.0,J2SE 5.0,Microsoft SQL Server 2000.The system mainly includes the management of students,the management of teacher,and the management of system administrators.Student management module include: graduation project packet query,graduate reply packet query.Teacher management module includes completing and submitting tasks book,students packet query,students attendance,graduate reply packet query.The module implements that teachers submit their own topics of graduation project through the network and facilitate exchanges with the students.System administrator module can not only audit the topic of graduation project submitted by the graduate teachers,but also view the student attendance, graduation project packet and graduation reply packet etc.The biggest advantages of the system are:simple,efficient and practical.After testing and using in practical work,it solved the problems coming from traditional manual process,such as heavy workload,long cycle,weak feedback,incomplete and inaccurate information.It is helpful to graduation project management. |
