Chinese radio and TV industry has embarked on the path of integration with the Internet. For traditional TV media network, it has gone through two stages. One is to integrate with the traditional Internet development, trying to occupy the market for PC. In the stage of integration of traditional television media and Internet, TV industry mainly focuses on building network television. However, the number of the page visit to the majority of the provincial television network is very low, resulting from the insufficient interaction, highly homogenous phenomenon and no vitality in some TV programs in new media age. The other is the stage to converge TV and mobile Internet. Due to the lower fees for the Internet data, wireless network coverage, application on smart phones, the mobile Internet has provided prerequisites for TV to get access to the mobile Internet platform. Multimedia TV has good prospects for development because of integration with the mobile Internet from the PC.Currently, many provincial traditional television producers have joined in the battle and desire to share a larger part of the mobile Internet market. From the mobile industry’s perspective, the most representative platform is Weibo, Wechat and mobile APP. This paper is based on these three platforms and study a TV program named Dad Where are We Going to analyse the modes of presentation of such TV show based on mobile Internet, and to explore the particularity in mobile Internet publication and new thinking in development against the background of traditional television industry’s integration with the Internet.The first chapter will illustrate the course of development in the Chinese radio and TV industry’s convergence. By analysing the environment of politics, society and technics, the TV and mobile Internet’s integration has been an inevitable trend.Second chapter will start with demonstrating technology of network, and design network box and operation principle on the basis of Weibo, Wechat and mobile APP to study Dad Where are We Going. Then through sampling and the content analysis, and technology analysis and program content analysis of all the platforms, it will elaborate Internet communication technology and platform frame construction has a decisive role in the content of the programmes and the modes of communication. Among them, Weibo client will be used the sampling method, using the Python language to synthesize content information, while Wechat and Hula client will be used all samples, because of the small amount of content on the platform. The author draw the conclusion that, Dad Where are We Going in Weibo client renders high-debris mode and dandelion-style transmission. Weibo client has similar features in content rendering and push notifications. Hula client has been treated as virtual community platform due to its needs analysis and software design, and thus it is a platform of interest gathered audience having similarity in rendering the content, mode of transmission and Internet forums in the traditional sense.The third chapter will discuss the rendering of content, mode of transmission and propagation characteristics in detail from macroscopic viewpoints, based on the modes of presentation, modes of transmission and regularities of transmission on Weibo, Wechat and mobile APP on TV. Firstly, the TV programmes provide index for audience because of highly debris. Secondly, Wechat’s collection of interactive module constitutes point-to-point modes of transmission for TV programmes. Last but not least, Hula client forms the point-surface interactive spread mode, due to its absorption of public wisdom and virtual community of knowledge culture. Finally, this chapter concludes with the regularities and peculiarities of mobile Internet TV programme.The fourth chapter is the summary for this writing. Through the content and conclusion of the above research, it will induce the change of the mobile and Internet and ecological transmission of TV programme. Furthermore, it summarises the new thinking to integrate the TV industry to merge into mobile Internet. Additionally, it exposes several viewpoints of the author toward TV industry mobile and Internet, summarises the overall developing trends of TV media and Internet, and illustrates the future transition and trends of TV from the perspectives of operative mode, altered audience and optimised technology. It lastly puts forward the development strategies of the TV media on the basis of users, products and systems.
