Local culture is not only the soul and foundation of Local TV, but also the source of localization and specializing of local TV. This thesis focuses on the localized communicating trend of Contemporary Chinese TV, and proposes the following view that "The localization seeks the joint between local culture and modernized TV communication means, bears the weight of this native country resource, and take the specialized program and the localization managing as the existence way of the contemporary local TV".This research has launched deep research and discussion to the localization phenomenon and localized communicating means of TV program of our country, and regarded TV Opera program with obvious region characteristic as the breach. With studying through a set of typical columns, the thesis has drawn the following conclusion: The localization of TV program should grow with each passing hour, and should keep in pace with modernization. In advancing the localization of TV program, we must weigh the advantage and disadvantages, suit measures to local conditions, and avoid the negative effect. Practice has proved: only when the local TV media make the most of the advantage of their affinity and service foundation, could they establish in an unassailable position in keen competition.The thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapters one offers the theory to analyze to the localization of the TV program,and also explains the intension and origin cause of the localization phenomenon.Chapter two proceeds with TV opera program with obvious localized characteristic, analyzing the kernel of the communication of this kind of program, such as localized audiences, the localized mode and characteristic of communication, the localized content of communication.Chapter three has launched case analysis to four famous TV opera program.Chapter four analyses the modernized communication means and marketing tactics of the TV opera program.Chapter five analyzes the external causes and the internal causes of TV program's localization, and put forward suggestion to its sustainable development.Chapter six analyses both the positive results and the negative results of localized communication of television program.
