The advent of the "Internet +" era has prompted the integration and development of online and offline supply chains in the retail industry. In order to better serve customers and meet consumers’ needs at the fastest speed,a third-party logistics company specializing in warehousing and distribution business Born on demand.Different from traditional companies that only do warehousing or only distribution, the warehousing management of these third-party logistics service companies not only includes warehouse storage safety and warehouse goods quantity management, but also pays attention to the timeliness and accuracy of operations in the warehouse.aspect.As a key business in warehousing and logistics, picking operation takes up a lot of manpower and material resources and consumes a lot of time.If the picking path is scientifically and reasonably planned, the company’s picking cost can be effectively reduced, and the efficiency of the picking operation can be reduced.High and cost exceeding expectations provide effective methods and means. In this paper, through a company case study,a picking routing problem model is constructed considering the loading capacity of the picking vehicle in two scenarios: onesingle-vehicle and one-single-multiple vehicles.According to the model constructed in this paper,a genetic algorithm adapted to the research content of this paper is designed accordingly.Using MATLAB software to solve, the optimized solution results have better changes in picking distance and picking time than the original picking path, which verifies the scientificity and effectiveness of the algorithm and model, and can provide more economical solutions for actual picking path problems,a more reasonable solution. The research results obtained in this paper can effectively solve the problem of picking path optimization in two different scenarios,one-vehicle and one-vehicle multi-vehicle,considering the constraints of the loading capacity of picking vehicles. The path problem provides reference and reference, and has certain guiding significance. |
