Study Of Microblogging Public Opinion About Evironmental Mass Events—Content Analysis Of Shifang Event On Micro-blog

In this paper, Analyze respectively government, the media, opinion leaders and ordinary netizens ’Microblogging text and comments about Environmental mass incidents with Content analysis. From the micro-blog sources, the form of micro-Blog, microblogging content, forwarding number, number of comments, number of thumbs-up,the attitude of the environmental mass events, the attitude of HTC molybdenum copper project, summarized the government, the media, opinion leaders and ordinary netizens ’ microblogging features, including problems and solutions. From the two aspects to study government, the attitude to micro bloggers, the relationship of microblog content and evaluation content. From the study we find that: In the Environmental Mass Events microblogging public opinion, the government, the media, opinion leaders have agenda-setting function, and the ordinary netizens can also select the public agenda. In the traditional agenda-setting theory, the mass media have a powerful agenda-setting function, but microblogging public opinion, media agenda-setting function is dispersed, government and opinion leaders have played an important role. The government, the media, the opinion leaders ‘ micro-blog decided the public what to attention and not about Environmental mass incidents, including the order of attention. But whether the attitude of the government, the media, opinion leaders ‘micro-blog are consistent with the public, determine whether the microblogging opinion was accepted by the public.
