Along with the rapid development of science and technology, chemical industry also has the great progress, because of the particularity of chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs, it leadsto comply with the development of information, and let chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs can get uniform, standard management. The information and standardization management of chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs can greatly increase the management of security, effectively prevent and control accidents and harm of chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs so as to ensure the safety of the residents of life, avoiding the chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs storage or improper use of the property. In order to adapt to the new requirements of the new age, Tianjin public security bureau strengthens the safety management of chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs, regulates the chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs storage and use, facing new challenges in the field of normalization, this paper analyses the current situation of the chemicals management in Tianjin, and analyzes the chemicals system development significance, and briefly explains the domestic present situation system; And accordingto some problems existing in the system, it has the feasibility study to system function.It adopts JAVA technology system to achieve the separation of data and view, intechnology making the expansibility and strong maintainability system. This paper is based on JAVA technology and SQL Server2008 database with the use of chemicals of easily manufacturing drugs management system development, based on the chemicals management system of the effective solutions.Based on the actual work of Tianjin public security bureau of the chemicals, this system is developed for the Public Security Bureau toxicchemical information management system in Tianjin, and achieves scientific management to the chemicals work, in order to improve the work efficiency and improve decision support. Through the information management, the system realizes the unit, the personnel of the information the removing check; Through the chemicals inventory management, improve the chemicals inventory standard line; Through the working units of information collection, it realizes the working unit integration of information in various aspects, such as inquires; Finally through the system management, it ensures the information management technology based on the network to achieve these goals provide technical support. By building the Public Security Bureau at all levels, police station and highly toxic chemicals manufacture, sale, and use of network information platform, establishing security platform for advanced, efficient and transparent management of toxic chemicals and help to serve the community. It strengthens the toxic chemicals safety supervision work of Public Security Bureau at the source, reducing accidents and eliminates security risks, management of static to a dynamic management.
