Along with the coming of the new century, China’s national economy and social development have entered a new historical period. Drug is a special commodity to protect people’s health, the supervision and administration of the drug is related to the people’s safety and effectiveness and the improvement of the quality of life. It plays an indispensable role in promoting the development of the national economy and society. The party and government have always attached great importance to the work of drug supervision, the drug regulatory authorities should pay more attention to the requirements of the "Three Represents" to ensure that the people’s drug safety and effective responsibility.To further strengthen drug production, wholesale, retail and other links easily drug-related drug administration, fight against drug crimes, it is necessary to use the means of information supervision, a easy drug-related medicine management information system, through this system can on the city’s anesthesia drugs, psychotropic substances and containing special medicine compound preparation of the production, wholesale and retail sectors for dynamic monitoring, can effectively prevent easy drug-related drug into illegal channels for drug manufacturing.This system based on object oriented need analysis and design, uses the UML standard modeling, using java language program design, based on B/S structure mode, achieve human-computer interaction interface, through JSP technology and J2EE framework for the establishment of a set of unified command, full supervision, interactive services, open law enforcement functions in one easy drug-related medicine management information system.
