With the complexity of the electrical equipment in the enterprise, the operation efficiency of the equipment will affect the normal operation of the whole workshop. When the equipment is in abnormal state, the device will be fever, damage or even cause a fire, so the temperature is an important indicator of the normal operation of equipment. In order to monitor the temperature of equipment, many factories are equipped with temperature monitoring system. With the expansion of factories, the traditional temperature measurement system is no longer adapt to the modern factory model, in the case of saving a lot of manpower and financial resources, distributed temperature measurement technology as a new temperature measurement technology can be timely and accurate access to multiple regions of the device temperature, which can be said to be an important reform in the factory monitoring system. This paper first analyses the characteristics of modern factory mode of operation, in view of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional measuring methods, this paper carried on the system analysis and improvement, proposed a scheme of distributed infrared temperature measurement system for modern plant operation mode.The data acquisition network using TN901 infrared temperature sensor and ZigBee network based on "CC2530+ZStack" (Zigbee Stack) to achieve, has a star topology of the ZigBee network, which is composed of a plurality of nodes and one coordinator. The ZigBee node is responsible for the data acquisition by driving TN901 infrared temperature sensor, then processed the data and sends the data to the coordinator; the coordinator is responsible for the establishment of ZigBee network, managing the network nodes and collecting temperature data receiving from nodes.The communication part of distributed system is mainly based on the STM32F103VET6 microprocessor as the core to build the CAN (Controller Area Network) bus network; the CAN bus network is composed of CAN bus station and CAN bus data concentrator. Distributed system take CAN station as a management unit, each base station is corresponding to one or more of the ZigBee network and responsible for data communication and device action management The CAN concentrator is the bridge between monitoring terminal and distributed system, and uses embedded Ethernet technology based on the LwIP (Light weight IP) to connect the site system to Ethernet, through which can achieve the remote monitoring, and uses FATFS (FAT File System) for action log.System monitoring terminal visualization software developed by the realization of the Qt technology based on Windows system, the structure design of functional modules using layered software framework, from the bottom to turn into the communication layer, information storage layer, visualization layer and operating system layer, respectively, to complete Ethernet and serial communication of the software system, database storage, curve and graphical display, report output of on-site equipment and information.Finally, this paper completed PCB rendering and hardware welding of the hardware of the whole system, and the test for the entire system designed. The paper test the system from part to the whole, including data acquisition network test, distributed CAN bus network communication test, the monitoring terminal and the monitoring operation test, and finally the whole system management test. The experimental results show that the system has accurate temperature measurement, temperature measurement, fast response, flexible operation and easy management, to achieve the design goals of this article.
