As the law enforcement workload gradually increases, people have stricter demand for the efficiency, adaptability of law enforcement. To satisfy the demand of people, the worker of Dongying City Public Security Bureau should improve their law enforcement efficiency, increase the speed of working, and do anything they can to set a harmonious and friendly environment for citizens. This system is developed based on the Android operating system, and we choose C/S architecture to write it. It also uses JAVA, which is a popular language in current time. When designing the database, we use the relational database called SQLite.Through the analysis of the major work by the Public Security Bureau, we can plan the business function of the system. The system mainly designed and implemented the function of information management, intelligence management, police comprehensive platform management, mobile PGIS applications and case management for business. When managing the information, we can manage personal information, case information, traffic control information, population information, and statistical data. When managing the intelligence, the information we can manage includes police order, news, service data, and statistical data. In the module of mobile PGIS application management, we can manage to show the map, show the place, manage the vehicle, and monitor the traffic and community. In the case dealing function, we can manage to receive the calling, manage the waiting alarm, information collection and warning application.The establishment and implement of Dongying City Public Security Bureau Mobile Police System can improve the efficiency of law enforcement law enforcement officers to a certain extent, and it can help they check and summarize the case.
