Design And Implementation Of Public Security Bureau Mobile Police System

In recent years,with the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the police with science and technology,public security industry has respectively built their information management system in public security,criminal investigation,Traffic and patrol police departments,the construction and application of the information system,raise the level of comprehensive utilization of information resources,which provides the basic data for the realization of information sharing between the public security departments.According to the police activities grassroots police has the characteristics of strong mobility,sudden,urgent and strong,the police in combat is more and more complex with different alarm information for comprehensive analysis down in a mobile state,so there is an urgent need for information security application to extend the wireless direction.The mobile police system is of great significance and important application value in public security work,such as checking the population,detecting the cases and arresting the escaped prisoners.In this paper,mobile computing technology,wireless communication technology,wireless Web service access technology,Android mobile platform technology combined,design and implementation of a grass-roots public security bureau mobile police system.The main purpose of this system is to realize the effective use of existing public security information system data,using wireless communication technology,web service and Android mobile platform to create a convenient,safe and strong,can expand the function of the Grass-roots Public Security Bureau police mobile system,the police officers can search relevant cases and criminal information etc.at any time,any place of work needs,improve the efficiency of public security police.This system refers to the design concept of MVC mode and layered architecture.The system can be divided into mobile terminal,network layer and application service.According to the different needs of the mobile terminal,the server makes a unified configuration for the information platform,police system,video surveillance system and household registration management system,and completes the interaction with the client.Mobile terminal mainly covers two major parts of MIS and GIS applications.Specific applications are divided into police information query module,on-site law enforcement module and monitoring module.The mobile police system server of the basic level public security bureau uses the background server,call access port and other methods,for the public security private network access monitoring system for centralized operation and management,to achieve the monitoring system and mobile terminal closely combined requirements.Finally,in the implementation and testing of the mobile police system function of the Grass-roots Public Security Bureau,the system shows the stability and convenience of the function and performance,and achieves the goal and functional requirements of the system design.
