| Currently,there are a lot of problems on Qiannan police work for criminal issues,such as too many cases,imperfect rental management and highlighted group events.Yet there are less police resources here,the searching speed of current police system is slow and the functions are not perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a safe,practical and efficient mobile police system by using existing advanced technology.The application of this system will have important significance on solving the current policing issues,improving the police system device functions,improving the efficiency of police work and enhancing the people's sense of security and satisfaction.This study designed and implemented a mobile police system based on Android platform.The system includes login,information query,location view,video management,information collection,policing functions such as two-dimensional code and file management.In the design and development process of the system,how to apply new technologies to expand the range of information search and how to ensure system security are the two main aspects of the research.The information query function includes personnel information queries,vehicle information inquiry,case information queries and RFID scan queries;The function of two-dimensional code includes scanning of a two-dimensional code and taking photos.By scanning of two-dimensional code,it can not only view but also update rental information;The system was considered and designed to ensure the security during the exchange of information.It ensures the security and reliability of data collection,transmission andinteraction in the process by using VPDN technology and FGAP technology.Compared with the previous police system,the main features of the mobile police system is to enable mobilized police officers to access the police information system through phones and other mobile terminal equipment,at the same time using a variety of security technologies to ensure the security and reliability during the process of data collection,transmission and interaction.This system has been used by the test on-line.It showed that it not only solves the problems of inefficient information inquiry,confusing instructions,waste of police resources,unreasonable scheduling,rental management confusion and other issues,but also improves the statewide police intelligence transaction processing efficiency,command and decision making based on enriched information,thus increasing the city patrol efforts to achieve the objectives and requirements of real-time control of crime.It is of great practical and application value for statewide "real-time control of crime". |
