Design And Implementation Of Mobile Police Inquiry System Based On Android

With the continuous development of the information age, information value in different fields has been fully reflected. For public security area, and combining with the current information technology development, the strategy of "science and technology make the police stronger" has been developed in the public security area for years. Making fully use of the wireless communication network and wireless terminals, break the time and space boundary of traditional police information should been applied into the police practice, and make itself as the key part of the ‘science and technology make the police stronger' strategy. In the daily policing work, using the query function of police in the wireless terminal, can be effective for identity verification, case analysis,the escaped prisoner information extraction, etc., thus to crack down on criminals. Android system is an open source platform, combining with the opening source features for mobile police query system development and design, it can make the system much more innovative and practical. Based on the characteristics of the Android mobile platform, the article analyzes and combining with its characteristics, focuses on the design of mobile terminal police inquiry system.Comparing with other systems, the Android system is has the characterized of opening source and portability, makes which to a great extent,fully meet the requirements of each query system of police affairs. Based on the Android platform mobile police inquiry system, we can realize fugitive status query, location query, cases query and so on public security daily work.For the research and development of the mobile police inquiry system, we can divide it as consisting part of two,(1) mobile information terminals. Under the support of the network technology, the device can be used for mobile terminalidentity during the daily police inquiries, such as ID identification, location verification, and personnel information inquiring.(2) The escape route processing terminal. The main function of the this kind of terminal can predict suspect escape routes of criminals, and provide police officers the up-to-time information of map, human resource arrangement and routes suggestions and etc. We believe that applying this mobile police inquiry system, profiting the benefits of the convenience of wireless mobile, the flexibility of the mobility, it may improve the efficiency greatly in the daily security with the help of it may greatly promote the work efficiency, by means of the mobile terminal has convenience, combined with the, solved for locating flight personnel,effectively improved the public security affairs operations.
