Design And Implementation Of Cadres Information Query System Based On Mobile Terminal

With the rapid development of mobile terminal technology,mobile phone,tablet and other mobile devices has become a necessity in people's lives,as a mobile terminal,which has the advantages of convenient carrying,flexible operation,so in addition to the phone,but also for learning,entertainment and office,it has incomparable advantages than the PC end.The cadre management system of the organization department is not allowed to access the public network because it is a secret system,so the application of mobile terminals has been listed as a forbidden area to prevent information leakage.So the cadre management system is basically a desktop system.But with the popularity of mobile terminal applications,the appointment and dismissal of cadres repeatedly met to discuss the examination process,the meeting process in these materials are paper-based materials,meeting all the information is full of paper materials for inspection if there is any need for supplementary materials,it must be from the cadre system to continue the meeting out of print.During frequent meetings,leaders also realized that we must improve the efficiency of meeting and work.But to improve efficiency,we must be able to query the appointment and removal of candidates' information at any time.The cadre management system are deployed in the network system,limited to a small number of staff to have permissions,so the meeting is not through the network access to the cadre system view information,if the cadre information installed to a mobile terminal device,at any time can be in the field of personnel information.Because of the particularity of cadres query system application must,for security reasons,the use of this device is limited to a small number of staff,and must from the management system to sign a confidentiality agreement,all equipped with query system of mobile terminal can not access the network,so in the selection of hardware can be used to customize,all possible access network interface disable,install only the USB interface software,so the mobile terminal cadres query system is an independent system.Follow the software engineering methods in the design of system is designed,including feasibility analysis,demand analysis,system design,system implementation,system testing and encoding,operation and maintenance,and follow the RUP(Rational Unified Process)system design and development process of demand management in iteration,monitoring software modeling,software quality and the software update,design a component-based architecture based on the development of safe,reliable,reasonable structure,flexible configuration of the query system of cadres.Because the application field of this system is only limited to the Organization Department,and only the domestic demand exists,so the domestic application status is analyzed.In the research process of the system,the cadre information is queried on the mobile device innovatively,and the content combination algorithm of multiple data sets of the resume is designed,and the construction goal of the system is excellent.The system implements two sub functions.The first sub function is data extraction and transformation,and extract relevant information from cadre information management system and transfer it to SQLite database.Second functions complete the leadership information query.For security considerations,the system only developed a software version based on the Android operating system.In addition to the detailed analysis and design of requirements,this paper also studies the key technologies to achieve the implementation,and systematically tests the system functions to achieve the desired goals.
