In recent years, with the steady development of the economy, our health care system has also been perfected continuously. The medical market gradually formed a diversified trend, and gradually formed a competitive situation between various hospitals. With the advent of the Internet era, various industries began to develop towards networking, hospital’s past artificial management of patients has lagged behind the development of the times, the medical industry has also begun to conduct network management of doctor-patient relationships. Chengnan Hospital is one of the large-scale hospital in Kunming, Yunnan, in order to improve hospital service for patients and establish a good long-term relationship with patients, Chengnan Hospital need to design and develop a doctor-patient relationship management system to manage doctor-patient relationships, improving the competitiveness of the hospital and wining a good reputation.By analyzing doctor-patient relationship in Chengnan Hospital and combing with the current development situation of the doctor-patient relationship management systems and technologies that similar doctor-patient relationship management systems used, determining that the system mainly used J2EE framework, and integrating Struts2, Spring and iBatis framework, using j Query technology to verify and implement page dynamic effects show, mainly choosing MVC design pattern for layering design of the system. In addition, the system also chose the large relational database Oracle 10g for the database design.The user roles of Chengnan Hospital doctor-patient relationship management system are mainly customer users and doctor users, both can processing the operations of the system. The system totally achieved five operations, call center management business, customer management business, doctors tracking management business, communication media management business and decision analysis management business. Call center management business mainly completed maintenance of customer information, consulting information, reservation information, visit information, complaint information and remind information, also can arrange the schedule, and query the schedule information; as for customer management business, users can add, merge, distribute and share customers, and also can manage the information of contract units and member information; with doctor tracking management business, doctors can fill the diagnostic log according to the registration information, and retrieve log information, besides, users can query registration information, log details, registration return visit information and admission information; communication media management business mainly completed maintenance management of various template information and media information; decision analysis management business mainly completed the query of the information of reservation statistics, questionnaire statistics, customer statistics consulting statistics and other information.After putting into operation in Chengnan Hospital, this doctor-patient relationship management system can efficiently manage the doctor-patient relationship, improving the quality of hospital services to patients, so that patients are more assured of their own choice. The use of the system laid the cornerstone for Chengnan Hospital to create their own brand.
