When workers choose a career, sometimes their quality does not meet the requirements of employers, leading to some difficult situations of employment and entrepreneurship. But in recent years, with the continuous improvement of labor and social security system, employment situation in the major cities has improved. Bazhou Social Council examined the local residents and workers in the city employment and vocational training staff to consider the full use of modern information processing technology and scientific means to establish a fully functional, both suitable for the current business needs over the country, but also with forward-looking the employment vocational training management system.This system is designed and developed in this context. It mainly uses object-oriented design method and international advanced Spring+Struts+Hibernate architecture to design, and it uses UML Unified Modeling Language in the requirements analysis process, writs code using the Java programming language, and adopts SQL SERVER 2012 relational databases to realize data backup and management, making business and user information more security and reliability.The system is designed mainly for employment and vocational training daily operations and management in Social Council. There are five core businesses, including:training institutions management, institutional training management, corporate training management, training subsidies management, comprehensive query and reporting statistics management. Various functions are designed to cover Bavaria and Social Council office staff daily management and student management training institutions work, to play a good role in supporting and promoting labor and social security and employment, vocational training and Social Council of Bavaria.The development and use of the system can simply and manage the daily business in Bavaria and Social Council, can significantly improve the efficiency of personnel operations. Overall, this system can not only adapt to local business requirements of Bavaria Labor and Employment vocational training, but also has forward-looking, and it has the guide effect to make the major work on the local authorities and the company’s existing information more intelligent. |
