The disabled employment training management system for Beijing adopts client/server architecture to design the system, and uses the current popular MVC design model to divide the system into the view layer, logic layer, control layer, at the same time, it combines struts and hibernate technology in the J2EE architecture system to develop this system, and uses the relational database SQL SERVER 2012 data structure to carry on the design of the system.The main work of this article is mainly about the functions have been implemented, and they are the unemployment to register, employment registration business, training, employment recommendation business management, query statistics. Within the system of unemployment registration module, there are first-time apply for a job register, unemployment employment registration, registration information management, staff management; Job registration module implements the job personnel information management, staff business statistics management, job personnel information maintenance; Training management module implements the training project parameters Settings, training, information management, training management, training demand management, student management, vocational skills training, learning situation assessment; Employment recommendation module implements the employment registration, recommended management, maintenance staff to recommend result; Query statistics module implements unemployed personnel management, people management, training management, employment registration, maintenance, maintenance business.Through the establishment and use of disabled employment training management system in Beijing, we can more easily grasp the information and dynamic of every disabled, and dynamically display the unemployed.
