School Management System For The Design Of The Employment Based On B/S Structure

With increasing number and expanding size of secondary career school, impaction/pressure on employment management is generated by a raising number of graduates. This work refers to both graduates and many units such as employees units,schools and education administer departments. It is school's as well as government's crucial responsibility to do a good employment management job, exactly and promptly including the employment information delivering, efficient employment guidance, as well as, standard,scientific and efficient constructed system.Based on the investigation and work experience, this paper analysis current situation of secondary vocation and technical school,problems in graduates' job hunting as well as targets and principles in employment management system. An employment management system is built for secondary vocation and technical school ground on B/S modal. This system could deal with employment information efficiently and swiftly combining Internet and local information management system.The main research topics of this paper are following:(1) Through the analysis and comparison of different development methods, models and features of MIS, we discussed the related technical problems in constructing B/S based model of school management information systems.(2)We designed the database on the SQL Server to ensure the integrity and security of the data.(3)In this paper, we designed the employment management systems of Heze Information Engineering School.
