The Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Labor Employment Entrepreneurship Training For Dongying City

Employment is a core issue of economic and social development and receives much concern. Employment is always an important object of the management objectives targeted by macroeconomic policy. With the changes in the labor market and labor force structure, the employment market is getting into a more complex situation:on the one hand it exists recruitment difficulty, on the other hand it exists employment difficulty. Especially for university graduates, the employment situation is more severe. In order to implement national policies and improve the employment situation, Dongying municipal government proposed to encourage college students innovative undertaking, improved employment and entrepreneurship of job hunters by strengthening employment and entrepreneurship training and standardizing designated training institutions of management training programs to promote employment. Therefore, Dongying City labor employment and entrepreneurship training management system was proposed.According to the actual situation of Dongying City labor employment and entrepreneurship management work and fully study of similar systems, we obtained the technical architecture of the system, using the B/S (browser/server) mode and the MVC development model, and using the current popular lightweight open source framework SSH (Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3) for the system architecture to ensure that the system has a good technical infrastructure. SQL Server2012 was used as the database of the system for the reason of higher data security requirements of this system.The system met the business needs of the system design, and different roles of the system, such as trainees, training personnel of institutions and system administrators, had their corresponding use functions, including entrepreneurship training institution management and entrepreneurship training business management. Training institution management included institutional reporting and institutional information management; entrepreneurship training business management included classroom management, GYB training management, SYB training management, post-track service and audit change management. Class management included creating, modifying, deleting and querying training classes, and querying teacher scheduling; GYB and SYB training management included student enrollment, information query, modification and deletion as well as training result query; post-track service mainly created training and follow-up service files for each student, filling by specially-assigned person and being managed uniformly.The release and use of Dongying City labor employment and entrepreneurship training management system had very important significance for improving the employment situation and efficient office in Dongying City. The system can improve entrepreneurship training with more effective community platform; target on management to ensure the quality of entrepreneurship training; guide by policy incentives to increase degree of support. The system made employment multiplier effect of the entrepreneurship training get better play, having a good social repercussions.
