Design And Implementation Of Voluntary Service Management System Based On Struts

With the development of our national economy, spiritual civilization has beendeveloped. More and more civil organizations own service teams have appear. Theseservice teams have participated in large-scale activities, such as the Olympic Games,small to the streets of the spontaneous service organization. These teams is useful in thesocial welfare service, participation plays a great role in disaster relief and helpvulnerable groups.This thesis presents design and implementation of a voluntary service managementsystem based on Struts framework. Through the research on Shenyang volunteer servicestatus, the volunteer service Struts management system based on mainly consists of fivefunctional modules. It makes up of the volunteer personal management module, theadministrator management module, the recruitment principle of module, theannouncement management module and the volunteer community.The voluntary service management system uses the current popular developmentB/S model. The view layer uses the Struts tag library and JSP technology. The databaseaccess uses JDBC connection pool. On the server side, It uses the use of free opensource Web server Tomcat in the build environment. The database management systemselects the MySQL and the data table design uses the PowerDesigner software.
