| With social development, volunteer service has been considerable developed, but at the same time, it brings some problems, the stability of the volunteer team is one of it, both the management of domestic and international voluntary organizations faced. Relatively speaking, China’s Museum volunteer team is more stable, Hunan Provincial Museum has better management system, its volunteers service for a long time, loyal to the organization. This paper is going to know the Hunan Provincial Museum volunteer management system and explore the means by which to maintain the stability between volunteers and museum volunteers. This paper is based on combed literature of volunteer management, and combined with psychological contract theory, incentive theory and the brain drain model, try to establish a theoretical model on volunteers maintain and loss and design a corresponding questionnaire and interview. We use SPSS17.0software to do statistic alanalysis, and get regression equation:0.262self-awareness and expression+0.287volunteer service disign+0.278incentives system+0.255personal growth and harvest+0.239the level of organization management+0.213social recognition+.208the level of interpersonal relationship, the Hunan Provincial Museum volunteers satisfaction in these seven dimensions are relatively high,have good stability.The conclusion is the loss rate of volunteer museum volunteers is relatively low. Finally,we can come to the conclusion that a good volunteer design, excellent organizational culture, impectable incentive mechanism, people-oriented management system, good interpersonal relationship and plenty of volunteer those reserves can effectively maintain the maintenance of the volunteers.Sufficient Museum volunteers can effectively maintain volunteers. |
