Now, with the increase of stress and the rhythm speeding up in our life, There are more people who often ignore the concern for their own health, which could lead to a higher morbidity for chronic disease. At the same time, The people’s health concept is in a transition from therapy to prevention. Therefore, How to actualize health management conveniently, discover and change their sub-health state of life and ensure longevity and health of quality life has realistic significance and practical applications.As an important part of health management, the health assessment gather personal health details which could be reorganized and analyzed to realize the good judgment for the current state and development trend of human health. With the rapid development of Internet network technology, the human body health information management platform in which health assessment is regarded as core is developed. It can give warning and guidance to the people who living in a state of sub-health people for a long time, the purpose of preventing the occurrence of chronic diseases and improving the health of individuals has come true.This paper do a research about health assessment strategy which is based on physiological parameters, realize the quantitative description for health statue by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, mainly designs and develops a health management and early intervention platform. The platform is combined with the Java language, the JSP and database technology, this paper main work includes:(1) We make the requirement analysis for the health management platform, and determine the system’s overall goals, design the overall structure and logic structure of platform. This paper uses the B/S system development pattern、MVC design pattern and J2EE system. Based on this, the platform is consist of several modules, and the platform and the function of each module could be presented in detail.(2) On the basis of AHP, the weight of which different physiological indexes to human health. This article consolidate the expert knowledge and experience to construct a health assessment indicator system which is based on physiological parameters. Then the judgment matrix is build, and the index weight physiological parameters are obtained by calculating the largest eigenvalue、feature vector and coincidence indicator.(3) This paper use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build assessment indicator set and evaluation set, construct the membership function of indicator, confirm single evaluation index assessment indicator, establish the membership matrix. Finally, quantitative assessment for health conditions is achieved by assessment indicator weight. The assessment result is objective and reasonable, and has theoretical significance value to health management.(4) This article build a health management platform based on the application of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation algorithm, Combined with MYSQL, All modules are already come true, the function contain inscription register、basic information management、physiological information management、health assessment and guide、health knowledge popularization etc. Finally, the platform’s practicability and availability are tested.
