Research On The Health Of Business Ecosystem Based On AHP-FUZZY Model

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that modern enterprises should completely,accurately,comprehensively and thoroughly implement the new development concept,establish and improve the modern economic management system,and deeply strengthen the mutual integration among enterprises.This means that with the great development of the world economy and science and technology,the boundaries between traditional industries are gradually weakening.Various industries are gradually showing a cooperative trend to seek dependence and more profits.The outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020 accelerated the upgrade of 5G,spurred the development of intelligent economy,and many new technologies were used creatively.Domestic Internet companies led by BAT and smart equipment manufacturers represented by Huawei and Xiaomi have established their own "business ecosystem".The core product competition among enterprises will gradually transform into business system competition among ecosystems.A healthy business ecosystem is not only conducive to maintaining its own core competitiveness,It can also promote the coordinated development of member enterprises.However,at present,the research on health is less and cannot meet the needs of business practice.Therefore,it is still necessary to study the health of business ecosystem from more angles in theory and practice.Under this background,firstly,this paper sorts out the literature related to business ecosystem and health,and combines the relevant theoretical basis with the characteristics of Xiaomi business ecosystem to build a business ecosystem health evaluation system.Then,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to build the model to lay the foundation for later analysis.Finally,according to the analysis results,the health of Xiaomi Group’s business ecosystem is comprehensively analyzed,the problems that may be encountered are discovered and relevant suggestions are put forward.The results show that the commercial ecosystem built by Xiaomi is relatively stable on the whole and has certain development potential.However,under the background of increasingly close cooperation among enterprises,Xiaomi Group still faces many opportunities and challenges like other enterprises,and should actively explore market demand to adjust its business model.Strive to improve the health and stability of the business ecosystem to face the market pressure,so as to achieve common development with member enterprises.Therefore,the research in this paper has certain reference significance for promoting the adjustment of Xiaomi Group’s business strategy and the integration or improvement of business ecosystem of enterprises in the same industry.
