This research, using ethnography, focuses on language environment and interpersonal interaction of’moments’and features of interpersonal dissemination within’moments’. Researchers respectively take the role of recorder, participant and behavioral agent of’moments’to figure out means, habits and features of dissemination of it. The research is intended to participate lives within’moments’and further discuss features of dissemination of’moments’by observing, recording, concluding and analyzing, including analysis of both interpersonal dissemination and communication among people without interrupting people who are being studied. The research wants to clarify that whether’moments’is private or open or a combination of both and what features of strong and weak interpersonal relationships possess as well as effects that virtual interpersonal dissemination exerts on real-life interpersonal dissemination.The journal starts with analysis of how weechat is used by people. To those participants of’moments’, they are more keen on handling their virtual interpersonal relationship rather than merely taking in information. They no longer passively receive information but actively create information. They are trying to build desired interpersonal relationship by frequently revealing themselves. From these behavior, we can analyse differentiations between virtual dissemination events and information dissemination in real life.During the process of researching, researchers concentrate on the dynamic development of each member that are being studied and record and analyse from overall perspective. They are trying to get most real statistics and more scientific conclusions. They record the dynamic development from the start of a topic to its end. They record how individuals reveal themselves and keep their interpersonal relationships. They record the features of people who take the lead of a specific topic within a small scope of virtual interpersonal interaction and how junk information are used. On the other hand,’moments’functions as a notebook, a communication tool and a self-media in self-dissemination. According to these features, researchers analyze features of self-dissemination and some other problems.This research utilizes ethnography, a relatively appropriate method, to describe how individuals interact with each other and how their language, behavior and other factors affect each other. Researcher participate in’moments’ for a long time to assure that their records and statistics are object and they describe how people reveal themselves and who they get to know each other. Also, by participating in it, researchers are capable of recording and resolving problems at any time and looking at formation and changes of users’ opinions and behavior from the perspective of the group as a whole.In conclusion, initially, virtual interpersonal dissemination is completely receiving stuff but now, it is a community where interpersonal relationships can be developed. Internet technology expands and develops interpersonal relationship, making every single member can share information or interact with others in a virtual community and broadening ways of interpersonal dissemination in real life. The writer uses ethnography and acts as a recorder, recording content that members pay a great attention to in a specific time. As a participant, the writer gives a topic and participate in discussion of it. As a behavioral agent, the writers looks into his own changes according to the dissemination theory called ethnography. By detailed recordings, observations, analyses and conclusions, the writer finally discuss features of communication studies, including its conflicts between privacy and openness, effects on interpersonal interaction in real life and other representative questions.
