As one of the largest and most popular social media network platforms in China WeChat has become a new marketing tool adopted by many companies because of its advantages of a large number of users,high user stickiness and low marketing cost.Tencent company launched the WeChat official account in 2011.WeChat official account is the main way to achieve WeChat marketing and the method is to push articles and in actual implementation companies are difficult to control the dissemination effect of the articles.Because the paper study how time influence propagation effect,the paper use time as independent variable in order to study the different effect of essay tweeted.According to literature research and related theories,the paper study how location influence the effect that time has on the propagation.The research use literature study and statistics to study.According to research result,first,the propagation effect is different in the value of time,camparing with weekdays,tweeting essays in the weekends h ave greater propagation effect.Camparing with 8:00,in the 14:00-18:00 or after 20:00(inactive period),between 8:00-14:00 or 18:00-20:00(called active period)tweeting essay would get greater propagation effect.Secondly,there existing the moderating effect of location,the difference of location would increase this distinction.
