The aim of the paper is to understand this new model through the interviews with the person of Duoyishan community cloud store in charge. Through systematic analysis and combing their business model and profit model to explore the current situation and problems of Duoyishan. This paper attempts to study the case of Duoyishan community cloud store which belong to "Anhui Business Daily", to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce development by newspaper, and then to find a new path for the local metropolis newspaper business transformation, and also to provide some reference on business transformation for other city metropolis newspaper.The author took the development of Duoyishan community cloud store of "Anhui Business Daily" as case study, and attempts to explore the transformation of the newspaper industry diversification.
