The Design And Implementation Of Drugs And Medical Equipment Distribution Regulation System For Jinan

With the advancement of technology, the production of drugs and medical devices in Jinan is growing, and is getting more and more frequently in circulation, as well as the exchange of information between drug manufacturers, sales companies, the purchasers and the users, so that there comes new requirements for Supervision Bureau of Drugs and Medical Devices in Jinan City, including real-time monitoring of the flow of drugs and medical devices and preventing people’s property loss caused by unknown flow direction of problematic drugs, thus in order to improve work efficiency of supervision of drugs and medical devices in Jinan City, an efficient and sound management system is needed to assist the staff.In the establishment process of the system, using a variety of requirements elicitation ways to obtain requirements firstly, and then using UML diagrams for requirements analysis. The system used struts2 framework for the design, and was developed on J2EE development platform, and used JAVA language for programming. Using MySql database as a back-end data support, finally the Jinan drugs and medical devices distribution management system with B/S structure had been implemented on the tomcat server.The whole system mainly achieved the function of subdivisions been part of the three terminals, system management port, system bureau port and system business port The management port of the system achieved the functions of search, addition, modification, deletion and rights management of drugs, medical devices and a variety of related businesses; the bureau port of the system implemented the functions of search, supervision and notification of drugs, medical devices and a variety of related businesses; the business port of the system implemented the functions of all kinds of information search, data reporting and viewing notification of the enterprise. The three parts were based on the same database, they were a whole, thus achieving the purpose of real-time monitoring of drugs and medical devices in Jinan City.The Jinan drugs and medical devices distribution management system build a bridge among manufacturing enterprises, sales enterprises, wholesale enterprises, medical institutions and supervision bureau that were all related to drugs and medical devices, and with the use of the Jinan drugs and medical devices distribution management system, the monitoring of drugs and medical devices in Jinan City can be achieved so that the flow direction of problematic drugs can be monitored in real time,and can be promptly recovered to avoid big losses. After putting the system into use, the staff of the supervision bureau in Jinan and enterprises don’t need to waste a lot of time to account for distribution data of drugs and medical devices, but can manage these large amounts of data in an efficient mode, thus better serving people.
