In China, our population is very large, the health care resources are scarce and the Community to the development trend of aging. In order to solve the problem that Medical treatment is difficult and expensive, States proposed a series of medical reform measures, in particular, emphasis on primary care and improve health service system. Therefore, the development of family and community and primary health care-oriented technology and information services is a priority. Currently, Grassroots medical services can not effectively use modern network and computer technology, resulting in poor flow of information and can not provide quality services for the masses. In this paper, In order to meet the community health care requirements of information technology and digital demands, with the characteristics of domestic medical and health care equipment, we developed a kind of community-oriented health information real-time monitoring and management system based on Visual Studio2008 platform.Under the Winsock interface, using connection-oriented blocking communication to achieve the rapid transmission between base monitoring station and central monitoring station, and ensure timely emergency care for patients or provide real-time services. TCP through a variety of mechanisms to ensure reliable data transfer, flow control and congestion control, and Connection-oriented blocking communication can ensure reliable transmission of data in real time. Winsock is a TCP / IP network programming interface under Windows environment, and Programmers can take advantage of Windows message-driven programming mechanism by using Winsock. The system uses a network of communication and measures to effectively protect the human physiological parameters transmission security, reliability and real-time怂In network programming, multi-threading technology is used to improve concurrency program, to improve procedures for CPU utilization, speed up the process speed, and further enhancing its response speed.Database Programming use SQL Server2003 database by ADO interface to achieve the design of information management of monitoring central station, including patient information management, doctor information management and exception information management. ADO interface has the advantages of easy to use, speed and Memory spending less, etc. And, ADO use the least Network flow in the application of key solutions, and it can use the least number of layers between the front end and data source, which provides lightweight, high-performance interface. In addition, we designed the interface of base monitoring stations and the monitoring center under studio2008 platforms in visual c + +with visual programming language, which is the visual programming language. And Skin++ DLL is used to realize the user interface of beautification effectThis system has a basic functions of community medical system, the basic functions of the system construction of community health care has certain value and use value.
