Hospital drugs management system includes the pharmacy management system and medical supply store management system.It is a sub-system of the HIS and responsible for managing drugs from buy to sale .It can resolve the difficulties in handwork .Its functions consists drugs store,drugs sale,foundation of data maintenance,assistance management,debt form,search.In this paper, the background and domestic international development are introduced in the first place.Then artital analysis with combinative profession characteristics,get system construction with develop the environment.This system adoption C/ S( client/ server) system construction,PowerBuilder conduct and actions development tool,SQL Server 2000 for backstage database.Drug is important for hospital and patient.The system adopts to turn to analyze the method from a construction for getting down every layer.Each mold piece is implemented by analyzing the hospital routine and the need of software. It made use of various analysis methods to introduce the work contents well in the text. Application picture with the form that article combinative, analyze detailedly the whole process of drugs sell and saving.In detailed design part,article introduces each part of main functions,the source of the data,the contents of input and output.Especially,the saving process of the medicine is emphasized.Considering the capacity of hospital information is great and the data information is very important ,double server has been used in the hardware environment and the data has been copied periodically . The system already has been used in the hospital for a period of time. It can resolve the problem of handicraft operation and get very big convenience for the workers.
