The Design And Implementation Of The Student Managemene System "Follow In With Learning" In Guangxi Open University

Follow in with learning of Guangxi Open University is based on the characteristics of adult education students in our university,students are not affected by the time of registration,a special teaching management method that can be registered at any time in one year.With the continuous development of computer technology,more and more industries have realized the information and automation of management,and the education industry is no exception.The student management system of Guangxi Open University is currently using the Central Radio and TV University in earlier years of development,the computer technology updates faster,the system in operation function,safety performance has some defects,so it is necessary to make up for the research and design of a new student management system.The purpose of this system is to further improve the efficiency and level of student management in Guangxi Open University.The main content of this article is to elaborate on the research and design of the student management system of "follow in with learning" in Guangxi Open University.The system uses the most popular browser / server(B/S)design pattern,using ASP technology and IIS as the server,the development of language is VBscript,use the Dreamweave8 and PhotoShop as a software development and graphics processing tools,Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database as a background,is divided into three levels,school,campus and teaching points user function design.In this paper,the following work is completed in connection with the needs of the student management system of "follow up with learning" in Guangxi Open University.Describes the system development background and the development of design methods and tools.Analysis using the method of software engineering the system needs analysis,focuses on the analysis of the function of the system.Use relevant knowledge database,the database design is discussed in detail.Study on system user roles and the corresponding role,the focus is the administrator user functions are the main system management,student management,performance management,examination management and other functions.Guangxi Open University with a student management system "provides a new way for the communication between the province at school and teaching point,helps to simplify the provincial school(main)of each process of student management,improve their management efficiency and management level,standardize management order,on the work of the school the smooth development of great significance.
