The Knowledge Mapping Analysis On The Research Of China Knowledge Transfer

Economic structure have occurred significant change because of the push of science and technology,since the 17th century, through the agricultural economy, industrial economy, post-industrial economy, until 1990 there has been the concept of "knowledge economy", knowledge has become a very important and special factors of production. Knowledge transfer can achieve the sharing and innovation of knowledge and plays its greatest value as a factor of production to enhance the core competitiveness of the organization.In recent years, research on knowledge transfer has attracted the attention of many scholars, there has been a lot of internal knowledge transfer literature.With the method of biblio-metrological,and the Bibliographic information related to knowledge transfer from Chinese Journal Full-text database CNKI before 2014, this paper gave a system analysis about yearly distribution、Funding sources、subject、author and the knowledge structure, and use NetDraw conduct visual analysis.Through analysis,this paper draw some inspiration from the research methods、research content、research focus and propose some suggestion,it is very important to deeper and broader development about knowledge transferring research.Details are as follows:Chapter 1,introduction.First,the background of the research and the significance of the research are briefly described; Second, summarize the domestic and foreign research status about knowledge transfer and knowledge mapping; Finally, the innovation and content design of this artical are briefly described.Chapter 2, the method、software and step of Knowledge Mapping. Introduce the theory of scientific knowledge mapping, details of the drawing method、knowledge mapping software and drawing steps are introduced.Chapter 3, knowledge transfer research mapping and analysis. Use the method of biblio-metrological to analysis yearly distribution、Funding sources、subject author and the knowledge structure about knowledge transfer. Use ucinet software tools NetDraw conduct visual analysis, combine quantitative methods and qualitative analysis methods to explore research hotspot of knowledge transfer in recent years.
