Design And Implementation Of An PKM System Based On Android

Personal knowledge management (PKM) is that the individual puts all kinds of data received and readily available information into more valuable knowledge, which ultimately can be used in our work, study and life through computer technology and network technology. In a dozen years ago, personal knowledge management has been concerned, but to be bound by the computer terminal or network, people can’t record the information which we got timely, so we can’t manage knowledge effectively. With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and the popularity of mobile devices, people have solved the above problems. Android is based on Linux kernel, completely free and open platform, which is convenient to user-friendly development. PKM system was developed on the android platform, which make people manage the information obtained timely anytime and anywhere, improve the efficiency of personal knowledge management.In this paper, based primarily on the campus environment, design and implementation of personal knowledge management system based on android are discussed and illustrated. First, the paper discussed the research background, concept and the key technology used of A_PKM system. Second, the paper discussed the requirements analysis and system design of A_PKM system in detail. The system is divided into six subsystems:user management, web resource management, local file management, task management, health management and data backup and recovery. In addition, implementing the system on the android platform. Finally, the paper summarized and proposed the future work. After realizing system development, I verified the availability and compatibility of the system on the android simulator and android smartphone, which meets the basic needs of users.
