In twenty-first Century, the Internet has become an indispensable part of human social life. Especially with the rising weibo as the representative of the social networking site, changed people’s way of receiving information, people began to understand and receive weibo used by all kinds of news and information, to express their views and opinions. Under this background, to television as the representative of the traditional media have launched weibo extension, the news release platform, expand the development channels, TV media with the help of weibo television news content production into force, weibo "personification" voice enhanced the expression effect of the television news, changed to one type of die the expression of the form. At the same time, combined with interactive TV media and the formation of weibo, news propagation matrix become strong, guide public opinion in favor of discourse.In this paper, based on the theory of journalism, communication science, using case analysis method, questionnaire survey method, from the television media and weibo fusion in terms of content and form two for the development, analysis and analysis of TV media weibo communication situation, on this basis, clear TV media weibo spread in the existing problems, and puts forward the suggestions for improvement. The author thinks:weibo is an ideal media brand marketing channels, the television media to leveraging micro-blog its communication channels can be fully expanded, the sense of communication has been strengthened, the influence of TV programs can be fully expanded, integration and development of TV media and weibo is the development trend of TV media, from the formal point of view, the TV column extension of weibo topic, TV column publicity with the help of weibo, TV programs interact with weibo. From the content point of view, rich TV news communication, mining resources through weibo, enhance the interactive television program, broadcast platform to promote, enhance the timeliness of the news. However, the television media dissemination of weibo still exist some problems:weibo homogenization of serious, account activity is low, and the concept of the official television channel weibo disjointed phenomenon is serious, lack of interaction with the fans. In this regard, the paper puts forward suggestions from six aspects, namely the optimization of weibo content, enhance the TV channel and weibo contact, the target audience segmentation, enhancement of information mining ability, attention to the use of Weibo platform of key products, the establishment of specialized Weibo operations team.
