As the fourth generation mobile communication technology standard, LTE has significant advancement, whether in the user access rate and realize the promotion in such aspects as business types, at the same time, the LTE also puts forward higher requirements on bearing technology. How based on PTN is introducing the L3 function bearing, the unity of the LTE business has become a major topic of the current development of PTN.In this context, the LTE bearing network construction has also follow everywhere.This paper presents an example of Inner Mongolia mobile LTE transmission network, facing the LTE evolution stages, the evolution of PTN network solution. Certain provinces LTE EPS oriented architectures, and summarizes several construction scheme. The first construction scheme of PTN+ CE construction scheme, the second construction scheme for L3 function PTN construction scheme, the third to introduce support MPLS-TP router construction train of thought, a fourth for IP RAN construction mentality, feasibility is introduced according to the cost of the first two kinds of construction scheme, and detailed introduction of L3 function PTN construction plan. According to certain operators test network running effect, summarizes the feasible way of PTN evolution.And through the analysis of the requirements of LTE EPC network for transmission network, study after the introduction of PTN equipment in three layers of function in the network architecture, the circuit flow to protected mode, QoS, and clock synchronization analysis, put forward the PTN three layers in the network IP address planning scheme. Detailed analysis and study the LTE period the change of the business requirements.analyzed the LTE business bandwidth and the change of the connection mode, analyzes in detail the LTE carrying the end-to-end protection requirements. PTN network carrying business QoS classification is analyzed in detail, and put forward the LTE business QoS configuration principle and model; Clock synchronization requirement for LTE business, based on clock synchronization loading scheme, finally in the core network, overall consideration the LTE and PTN L3 equipment based on the IP unified planning scheme is put forward.
