After more than 10 years of construction,Jiangsu Mobile's city-level transmission network has formed a basic optical network architecture.Whether at the core aggregation layer or the integrated access layer,the transport network has a more stable architecture.However,due to the lack of overall planning in the early stage of network construction,construction cannot keep up with the development of the business,there is a certain bottleneck in the network infrastructure resources;and with the diversification of customer business needs and the continuous development of communication technologies,the current transmission network is The foreseen future can no longer meet the business needs,especially in the area of large-bandwidth,new-type networking,and optimization of transport network planning is urgently needed.In order to do a better job in the rolling planning of transport networks at the city level,this thesis focuses on the study of the city-level transport network from the aspects of the evolution of network architecture,the development of communications technology,the focus on the construction of key projects,and the transformation of construction ideas.According to the analysis of network architecture and the formulation of planning strategies and ideas,a corresponding transmission network plan is made to provide reference for the construction of the local transmission network in the next three years.The content of this paper includes:1.The background of transmission network planning is described in terms of communication industry development trends and strategic objectives of planning;2.Analysis of transmission network architecture,research and analysis of the current status of the transmission network,transmission cable and transmission pipeline of the transmission network,and points out the shortcomings and problems in the network;3.Transmission network planning strategies,constructive ideas and planning strategies from transmission systems,transmission cables,transmission pipelines,etc;4.Transport network planning and application,development of plans for construction within the planning period,application to project construction.
