With the rapid development of urbanization in the community, people increasingly high demand for property management. Community lives with everyone, natural and cultural environment of a good community, to improve people’s well-being plays a vital role. At present, the relevant policies and regulations have not yet perfect, the property management companies are not standardized, more than half of the company into a loss of state property management, therefore, the overall management of the property at a low level. To solve these problems, we propose and implement a full-featured community service platform, with good user experience and service projects meeting immediate need of users.In this paper, we designed and implemented a set of community service platform for the needs of residents, service providers and property management company in Inner Mongolia Renhe community, based on emergency relief, location-based navigation service provider management, housekeeping management based on housekeeping search and training, community shopping and file management functions. Emergency module for emergency treatment of sudden illness, empty nesters. The service providers include restaurants, supermarkets, hardware shops surrounding community, and service provider management provides location, navigation in map and rating function for users to search for. Housekeeping management match the perfect domestic workers for users automatically, and community online store offers a combination of online and offline trading platform. This paper analyzes the benevolence and community situation, combined with the overall analysis, the functional modules of the system analysis, use cases, data flow, operational environmental analysis of each module and system functionality through various types of users. Using the framework diagram, use case diagrams, data flow diagrams in the manner described. Then design of the database and the individual modules in details, and finally gives the system flow chart and interface implementations. The system uses B/S mode, using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2012 database development framework, Ajax technology to provide users with a better experience.After developing and testing the system in real environment, the analysis and practical application shows that the system has good scalability and versatility, with promotional value.
