The Research On The Application Of Barcode Technology In Stock And Manufacturing Management In Electric Manufacturing Enterprise

In a modern manufacturing enterprise, it is the key to realize modern management that keeping in harmony and synchronous among material flow, information flow and financing flow. Bar code is the most popular technology in the field of information collection on the spot and self-identifying, by which the information can be collected fast and accurately. Applying bar code technology, for manufacturing enterprises, not only can realize real-time information collection, but also can solute the bottleneck in information inputting and identifying, moreover, by bar code technology, the information of any department can realize non-gap connection, such as finance, employees management, material, etc. On this base, the enterprise can improve its level of stereo management. All in a word, the research on bar code technology application in manufacturing enterprise has important academic value and practical significance.With the research of the project the Development of Numerical Process Planning Integration Platform Faced the Agility Manufacture, which is sponsored by Sichuan Province, the macro structure of Bar Code Stock & Manufacturing Management System based on ERP and the theory & detailed implementing methodology of it, contacting with the practice of MIS in medium & small manufacturing enterprises, are put forward in this dissertation.Firstly, the actuals and development trend of information technology inmaterial flow are discussed in this dissertation. Through collecting, analyzing and comprehending enterprise information, focusing on the stock management and manufacturing management, the designing projects of the Bar Code Management System, including the overall project design, work management, structure design, function module design, interface design, database design, system implementation, are put forward in detail. Moreover, system-modeling analyzing is given by the method of IEDFO. Stock management and manufacturing management are connected organically with other departments through the ligament of bar code, that the information in all economic activities can be tracked real-time and management, from material inputting to finished product selling. In order to consummate the Bar Code Management System, the research on encoding theory of Code39 and a virtual-real coupling model of warehouse encoding are discussed deeply, and a flexible Computer Aid Coding Subsystem is developed to realize code the material automatically.It has been proved that bar code technology overcomes the shortage of information collection, and to some extent elevates material flow management as well as benefits.
