With the development of offshore oil industry, the offshore oil engineering design’s technology and management level is improving constantly, the offshore oil engineering design teams are growing steadily, our country to the development of offshore oil and natural gas,exploration and production has been improved rapidly, and that pipeline transport is one of the main methods of oil and gas transportation, submarine pipeline is an important means of transport in the offshore oil and gas, the offshore oil and gas is the lifeline of the development and production. Such as pipeline transport is the continuous transport and has a large transport volume; the most economical investment and has the results quickly; safety seal; small loss, high efficiency. But sub sea pipeline operating conditions has a directly influence on the safety of offshore oil and gas fields, compared with onshore pipelines, sub sea pipelines service is the harsh conditions, the monitoring, maintenance has the more difficultly. Therefore, on management of submarine pipeline has more and more attention, the petroleum engineering sea pipe’s integrity management with resulting.The piece focused on the background and significance of the petroleum engineering sea pipe’s integrity management, the risk factors for the sea pipe’s integrity management include time factor, equipment factor, sea tube inherent factor, time independent factor; the method of internal test for the sea pipe’s integrity; four life cycles of the sea pipe’s integrity, and work flow of each life cycle.This thesis will be in progress of Offshore Oil Engineering sea pipe integrity management system according to the software engineering process needs analysis, detailed analysis, system design, system testing, system integrity management into the early research phase, the design phase of integrity management, procurement,precast,integrity management of the construction phase, the integrity of the management of mechanical completion phase, operation and maintenance of the integrity of the management phase, and the system manages six parts.
