Study On Risk Management Of Hotel AV Systems Engineering

With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standard, nowdays hotel guests have higher requirements of the accommodation. At present many hotels have been eliminated on account of the fierce hotel industry competition. There is a big risk existing in the hotel management. Risk management is a brink subject combined with the practice of modern construction projects and high-tech development projects, in which has gradually formed on the basis of modern construction and multidisciplinary such as economics, behavior science, computing science, probability and statistics, computer science, systematology, cybernetics information theory and so on.The risk management of construction projects is crucial for an enterprise.This paper take the AV System of Sheraton Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort as the study object. The background, significance, global research status, research contents and innovations of and with respect to hotel AV systems engineering management are outlined. Then the theories and processes regarding such subject are studied on full scale, and causes for the generation of relevant risks are analyzed. On this basis, SWOT model in combination with the reality of Sheraton Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort AV System is used to analyze risk factors, and an empirical study is conducted on risk factors confronting current hotel AV system engineering constructions. Finally, based upon the above research, countermeasures and suggestions feasible to some extent are proposed to avoid AV system engineering risks.This paper firstly fully analysized the management of AV System engineering using case study and empirical study method. It has done research on engineering process, risk problem, risk factors according to the Sheraton Hangzhou Wetland Park Resort AV System, realizing the organic combination of theory and practice. Secondly, this paper using the method of combining theoretical and qualitative research has studied on the hotel AV system. The research result has some reference value on avoiding risks of hotel AV System engineering.
