Research Of Pipeline Integrity Mapping Technology Based On APDM

Pipeline Integrity engineering drawings based on the line trend as a reference, it is the visual way that using the form of bands to show in various types of data, in the process of integrity management, it is a multi-dimensional data expression, which can be reflect the channel characteristics in multiple angles, in order to support for integrity management of the pipeline. In the drawing process of Pipeline Integrity engineering, the need to query a large number of pipeline data and complex data types, both centerline of a pipeline,and the pile of such vector data, also have the attributedata of population, transportation and other property, therefore, in accordance with the specific content,how to select the pipeline characteristics of data in specific range, they are loaded into engineering drawing template to meet the needs of integrity management of the pipeline, which is the research keynotes of the drawing generation technologyThis paper in line with the drawing demand for domestic pipeline integrity management, based on the research of APDM pipeline integrity drawing generation technology, carried out by the following three research projects:⑴Take the pipeline data models as basic, refer to the characteristics of the domestic pipeline, based on the original model structure, set up the pipeline centerline ,equipment, facilities, testing, risk assessment and other objects respectively , so that various types of pipe characteristics of the data can be organic organization, combined with GIS technology, for achieving the storage management of pipeline integrity data;⑵w ith the actual needs of domestic pipeline integrity engineering drawing,reseach on two key technologies :the data extraction technology,engineering drawing template design,which based on APDM pipeline database, a specific range,particular types of pipe characteristics of the data loaded into the designated template ,to achieve drawings design output of pipeline integrity engineering;⑶based on the inner inspection work of north-east pipeline, using the APDM database of this study, for storage the pipeline characteristics data, such as pipeline centerline data, defect data. At the same time, using technology of the integrity of engineering drawings, to select the pipe section data in specific ranges, the use of inner inspection engineering drawing templates, to generate multiple drawings, in order to assist field work.
