| Buried in the soil for a long time, the pipeline is easy to be effectedby surrounding environment, so corrosion is inevitable, which affectsthe safe operation of pipeline. Learning more about pipeline conditionsand carrying out integrity management of long-distance oil&gaspipeline can improve the pipeline safety and reduce the incidence ofpipeline accidents.A large number of field data need to be collected in order to carryout integrity management of long-distance oil&gas pipeline, becausethe authenticity of data has a big impact on the accuracy of pipelineintegrity management. However, integrity management of oil&gaspipeline not only relates to a number of departments and staff at alllevels, but also inseparable from the support of the oil&gas pipelinedata and spatial data. Therefore, modern means must be used to manageinformation. Web GIS technology is the most appropriate research toolfor oil&gas pipeline integrity management. This paper designs ainformation management system based on Web GIS and introduces thedemand function of the system, the overall design, function modulesdesign and database design in detail. Data sources and dataidentification methods are discussed.Corrosion characteristics of thelong-distance pipeline are introduced on its long distance and largetemperature changes along it and environment, structure, pipe materialsas the main pipeline corrosion factors are analyzed.The integrityassessment of pipeline includes integrity testing, assessment of residualstrength, remaining life prediction and pipeline failure analysis, themainstream evaluation methods of various parts are introduced in detail. Calculation formula and evaluation method are given based on ASMEB31G standard depend on the practical demands. At last, this paperintroduces the calculating method of the pipeline maintenance cycle,and discusses the main method of pipe maintenance and the scope ofapplication of each method.Based on the above model, develop application software by usingVC++6.0, and put it into practice, carry out oil&gas pipeline integritymanagement. The software can improve the efficiency of pipelineintegrity management. |
