In the information technology environment, more and more enterprises realize the information construction of enterprises is not simply achieving the original process by means of computer. ERP implementation is the combination of information technology and business management. To take full advantage of the benefits ERP resources, Companies have to combine the business process with their actual situation, to analyze business process, to find out the drawbacks and to optimize the processes.As a key technology to support business process optimization, business process modeling can provide enterprises with an observation in a dynamic and integrated point of view. Therefore, business process modeling research is of great significance, which is one of the paper's points.At present, the beverage industry marketing activities are in the traditional ways. Marketing is more limited sales department, resulting in the separation of the entire business process. With the rapidly changing external environment the enterprises also face many problems for examples the channels, the competition, the networking and e-commerce. They all focus a lot of influence on the beverage businesses. As a solution, the enterprise must seek to establish a new mechanism for handling business processes quickly. Process modeling can quickly abstracted business process to information model. The model can be understood by computer and processed in computer, which is both can be used for enterprise business process analysis and optimization, but also a foundation of information systems building.In this paper, the study focus on the beverage industry's specific sales activities, including customer master data maintenance, sales contract management, the normal order processing, sales shipping, sales invoicing. The paper first defined and analyzed these processes, hoping to establish a prototype of sales process model. Then the paper gave optimization and reorganization of the business process and in the end provided a solution way to the processes. To prove the effective of the solution way, the paper used the SAP ECC as a tool.The paper used UML to model from different perspectives: to describe the overall function of marketing systems with use case diagram, using state diagram to analyze the objects'state and s transition conditions in the sale of the entire process, using activity diagram to reflect the role of the selling process, the interaction and information transfer between the sequence. Through these different models and the principle of process optimization, the paper proposes optimization model with ERP implementation. The implementation of the optimization model in ERP software is through the SAP ECC. With the SAP SD module's standard features and configuration, Sales organization is reflected in the system's external structure and internal architecture model. With the price procedure and credit control system logic, it can be realized that the order price when creating an order, the customer's credit control when the order is effective. In this way the sales can be highly integrated with logistics, warehousing, finance, information systems. It is also proved in another way that the optimized processes are useful and reliable.
