With the trend of economy globalization and the fast development of information technology, the world market is variety. Market competition is getting server and server. More and more enterprises realize that it becomes impossible for an enterprise to grasp fast-changing market opportunities only by integrating its interior resources. What an enterprise must do is to base on its core capacities of conformity is resources, In order to acquire its competitive advantage.Prompt manufacturing is the developing strategic and mode of the 21-century enterprise and the net work dynamic league is the main approach to realize it. Dynamic league is also called virtual enterprise which is a temporary network organization or dynamic league to respond to the changing market demand rapidly, to win the competition jointly, constituted by multi-enterprises or research institutes distributed in different regions and expert in different profession. And it is formed that is based on certain project or product, using advanced instruments and existing social, technological foundation.The formatting process of dynamic league and the collaborative structure of the enterprise-cluster in automobile industry is studied in this thesis, and a solution based on dynamic league that build automobile industry chain collaborative platform according to dynamic league structure is put forward to realize the character of "one-to-many" and "manay-to-many" . The main jobs are as follows: Firstly, the concept, characteristics of dynamic league and the significance of implementing dynamic league in automobile industry are analyzed. The dynamic league's formatting process and member selecting method based on AHP algorithm are studied. Then, the overall design of chain industry based on dynamic league is proposed. Finally, The Web-based platform is designed in detail, the traditional hierarchical design is improved, and design patterns are adopted to optimize system from the perspective of software design .The use of a single database is shielded, allowing system to reuse a variety of database. Besides, the security issue in data-integration is analyzed. The xml data encryption and signature are analyzed and implemented, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of data transmission.The development and management solution of large-scale distributed automobile industry chain ASP platform is proposed in the thesis. It has a certain reference value for the establishment and management of other industry chain platform.
