With the acceleration of world economic integration,manufacturing and service show a trend of integration,and production-oriented manufacturing gradually switches to service-oriented manufacturing.In the value chain of manufacturing industry,the value created by service occupies 2/3 of the overall value,and services gradually occupy the high end of the industry value chain.With the continuous refinement of industrial division,service competition has changed from competition among individual enterprises to cooperation and competition among service value chains.With the development of business collaboration between enterprises,it is becoming wider and deeper,in these conditions,the multi-core service value chain can gather the advantages of resources and service capabilities of multiple enterprise groups,which is not available in traditional service value chain collaboration model.The cloud service platform based on the third-party has inherent advantages in professional services and resource integration,which provides information support for multi-core service value chain collaboration.Under the the multi-core service value chain collaboration mode based on the third-party loud service platform,the the scope of collaborative service has expanded,enterprise clusters can make full use of the more advantageous service elements and resources in multiple service value chains to complement each other and maximize service value.This work is supported by the National key-tech R&D Program,the National Key R&D Program and the national high-tech R&D Program(863 Program).In this work the multi service chain collaboration mode and its related theories and technologies are mainly studied.The details of this work are as follows:1.Aiming at the question of service collaboration across enterprises,regions and chains among multiple service value chain clusters in automotive industry,a multi-core service value chain collaboration model based on third-party cloud platform is proposed.A collaborative solution based on cloud platform for multi-core service value chain is designed.Based on the game theory,the validity of the solution is analyzed and verified.The results show that under the mutil-core service value chain collaboration mode the service capability and resource access scope of enterprise groups have been expanded.2.In order to solve the problem of large-scale and complex business collaboration in multi-core service value chain,the organizational structure of multi-core service value chain and the service collaboration among enterprise groups are analyzed theoretically and a multi service chain collaboration model is carried out.Combined with the two-stage theory,a method of service resource discovery and cooperative object selection in multi-core service value chain scope is proposed.These works provide theoretical support for the realization of multi-core service value chain collaboration mode.3.A business process integration solution for multi-core service value chain which is established on three levels of data,service and process is proposed to meet the need of cross chain business integration between business related enterprise groups.At the same time a rule set is set up to define the business process integration process.The configuration method of integration model is given based on XML,and the algorithm of business process integration process and executive control process is realized.The online dynamic update of the business process is realized based on the process configuration file access interface.4.Aiming at the data sharing requirement of multi chain enterprise group,a solution of heterogeneous data dynamic integration in multi-core service value chain is proposed,and a data integration model of multi chain enterprise group is established.On the basis of this model,dynamic publishing and discovery mechanism of multi chain heterogeneous data is constructed.The algorithms of multi chain heterogeneous data transformation,registration and event-driven data source dynamic invocation is proposed for cloud platform.A real-time and dynamic query method for multi chain data resources is realized and the information interaction barrier of enterprise group in the process of business collaboration is eliminated.5.A service-oriented multi-core service value chain collaborative solution is suggested to improve the after-sales service capability and service resources allocation of automobiles.Aiming at the problem of insufficient service capability in automobile after-sales service,a fault analysis method based on multi-source information fusion fault tree and fuzzy Petri net is designed.Based on the two-stage design theory and the similar maintenance cases,a matching method of cross chain service collaborative objects is proposed.Aiming at the limitation of resource allocation in automobile after-sales service,a three-level service resource collaboration system is established,and the collaborative allocation strategy and emergency coordination scheduling strategy of service resources are developed and implemented.6.The technologies of business process integration technology supporting multi-core service value chain collaboration,the data integration technology and the service-oriented multi-core service value chain collaboration technology are implemented in a cloud platform and verified by the cloud platform.The verification results show that the research results in this work are reasonable and effective for multi-core service value chain collaboration.
