With the development of economic globalization, construction machinery parts industry has been developing rapidly and gradually formed a number of leading enterprises as the core of the industry chain. Construction machinery parts with a typical multi-species, small quantities of characteristics, its procurement process is complex; Manufacturers increasingly focus on the cost of procurement management, inventory cost management, information timely feedback and business synergy between suppliers, traditional procurement model has been difficult to meet the needs of enterprises.In a highly competitive market environment, collaborative management and procurement best selection of suppliers are crucial for the development of enterprises; Different enterprises Union supplier selection criteria is different, needing to meet their individual needs. SaaS service platform of the industry chain as a third party public service platform provides a good solution for enterprise information, business collaboration between enterprises. It is for the multi-tenant, dynamically configurable to meet the business needs of different enterprises alliance. On the basis of drawing on the finding of scholars about procurement management and supplier evaluation, this paper presents a total solution of construction machinery parts procurement system based on SaaS service platform of the industry chain, and studies procurement collaborative management and supplier evaluation system in the internal of their life cycle.(DBased on the characteristics of the industrial chain collaboration SaaS platform, characteristics of components, parts procurement business processes, the paper presents a total solution of construction machinery parts procurement system based on SaaS service platform of the industry chain,based on analyzing and summarizing parts procurement management status and business collaboration requirements.(2)This paper analyzes the importance of the supplier lifecycle management and the potential supplier evaluation and co-supplier evaluation process, on this basis, presents a total solution of parts supplier evaluation system in its lifecycle based on SaaS service platform of the industry chain.(3)For evaluation requirements for potential suppliers of different business union, the paper presents a method evaluation of potential suppliers, and studies the store of basic information table configuration information and user information.(4)For evaluation requirements for co-supplier suppliers of different business union, the paper establishes of basic evaluating indicators library, analyzes evaluation indicators, designs a dynamic evaluation system, and analyzes the evaluation index weight calculation algorithm and storage of the evaluation system.Finally, the construction machinery parts procurement system based on SaaS service platform of the industry chain is designed and developed. In the practical application, the system achieves the procurement operational synergies and the dynamic evaluation of suppliers within the life cycle, meeting the needs of all the enterprise unions.
