Identity can be understood as a perception of self and groups. It can be characterized by certain cultural consciousness and behavior, based on the interpretation of the cultural consciousness and behavior of specific objects, according to its deep identity. This paper adopts the perspective of cultural communication, studies "braving the journey" the spread of immigrant culture and change, and then analyzes the immigrant identity transformation process and the reason, for a specific object of study, put up with an independent thinking. The paper analyzes the present stage "braving the journey immigration village"-Xi Gou Village information dissemination environment, through field investigation and relevant literature review, a basic understanding of the information environment of Xi Gou Village after change and development, for after research and analysis to provide relevant background information; Secondly, through participatory observation and in-depth interviews, detailing Xi Gou Village different information under the environment of the villagers’cultural awareness and behavior change experience and the reality, to understand the present stage the villagers identity status quo--from "I’m Shan Dong people" and "my hometown in Shan Dong province", "I’m from the northeast", "I want to be a city dweller" awareness and understanding of different areas and culture can be seen that nowadays immigration Village identity complex and changeable, this leads to the next issue-what caused today’s situation; Finally, the analysis of several factors affect the villagers’identity, individual factors, interpersonal factors, organizational factors, media, and finally puts forward his own thinking.There is no denying the fact that culture is a new factor to affect the identity, but we must admit that the culture and the whole development of economic, political and social environment is inseparable. It is difficult to assert that which is the determining factor. Therefore, at present, the most precise argument is:identity formation, transformation, and the cultural, economic, political, and social factors are inseparable.
