Scheme Design And Implementation Of Real Time Data Acquisition System

The development of information technology leads the transformation of enterprise management mode. On manufacturing site, backward methods of data acquisition and processing block the realization of manufacturing base information management, seriously restrict the management level of enterprise production management, business management and information technology. This paper studied the scheme design and realization of real time data acquisition system based on the demand of information management on manufacturing site.Firstly, from three aspects of manufacturing industry, food service industry and precision agriculture studied the design of data acquisition scheme. Focused on manufacturing industry, researched on means of data collection suitable for discrete manufacturing; analyzed information management demand of process manufacturing, designed the overall framework model of process manufacturing management information system. Expand researched and designed data acquisition system of precision agriculture and food service industry:technical means to realize the information management of food service industry——based on Android intelligent terminal and embedded operating system, providing reference for development of data acquisition and management system of discrete manufacturing, wireless sensor network technology used for farmland environment monitoring can be used for reference in the manufacturing workshop environmental real time monitoring.Secondly, from two aspects of data acquisition process scheme and database studied detailed design of discrete manufacturing data acquisition:designed real-time data acquisition network topology structure based on RFID and the total scheme of data acquisition process, studied detailed design of acquisition process scheme of personnel, material, equipment, work order, quality inspection, task schedule and other information; designed a database of real time data acquisition and management system of discrete manufacturing and designed entity relationship model and logic (concept) model of database.Finally, studied the development of the system. Studied on the overall design of the system——designed the overall system architecture, function model and network support system; based on PostgreSQL open source database and the system development technology realized the development of real time data acquisition and management system of discrete manufacturing system, the system consists of system management, manufacturing data management, resource status query, statistics of production process and information alarm five big functions, meet the actual needs of the manufacturing site information management, providing a reference for the realization of production management, operation management, information management of manufacturing enterprise.
